How do you need to do if you really have not working lamps after you tested carefully?

You have to take some photos or video to us and record the not working lamps quantity ans status, please try to remove /disassemble the plastic shell and get the LED Light Source (LED Plates) and only shipped these not working LED Light Source to us without Plastic shells and accessories, you would have to pay for the shipping charge in your country, you can find the cheapest shipping agency to send back these LED Light Sources to us. Once we got the tracking information and we will send you new LED Light Source Replacement to you with free shipping to your country or refund you full.

Who will pay for the custom charge?
